Andrea Navedo is an American actor and author. She started out her acting career on soap operas One Life to Live & Guiding Light, and later played a variety of supporting roles on the primetime TV. Andrea Navedo is an American actress-singer who was born on the 10th of October 1977 in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo began her acting career as an afternoon soap. From 1995 to 1997 she played Linda Soto in ABC's soap drama One Life to Live. The actress made her debut on Guiding Light, a CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. She made her film debut by playing a minor role in Girl 6 (1996) then she appeared in two episodes New York Undercover and The District. Navedo was a part of Double Take in 2001 and Washington Heights the next year. From 2001 to 2004 Navedo was a frequent character in the NBC Crime series Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. In the following years, he appeared on Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages and Blue Bloods. Navedo was also in a variety of other films, such as El Cantante or Remember Me. From 2011 until 2013 Navedo was also a regular character as a character in How to Make It in America Golden Boy and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Superfast!
